About Me
I am John Brasher, and I help people move better, get stronger, and train with purpose. My path into coaching wasn’t traditional. Years ago, I was at a point in my life where I needed serious change. During my time in prison, I found structure, discipline, and an outlet through training. What started as a way to get through the days became a foundation I would build my entire life around.
When I came home, I knew I wanted to turn that personal discipline into something more. I committed to learning, studying, and refining my approach to strength training, mobility, and nutrition. Over the years, I’ve worked with people of all backgrounds — helping them move better, get stronger, and build lasting confidence through training.
I believe coaching is about more than reps and sets. It’s about helping people create structure, ownership, and long-term resilience — inside and outside the gym.
